SOR7ED was created by a neurodivergent team based in London, built as the platform we needed and couldn't find.
Our content is for people who are tired of advice that assumes a brain they don't have.
One in five people are neurodivergent. Almost none of them see themselves in mainstream mental health content.
What exists is built for neurotypical readers — gentle, cautious, hedged. It talks about "challenges" and "strategies" without ever naming the actual experience.
Neurodivergent adults — the ones managing ADHD, autism, AuDHD, bipolar, dyslexia, and RSD — are left to piece together their own understanding from Reddit threads, late-night spirals, and professionals who were never trained to see them.
