What Is This?

The Body Battery is a daily three-point energy tracking tool (morning, afternoon, evening) that maps physical, mental, and emotional energy across 7–14 days — revealing patterns that let you schedule around your real capacity instead of your aspirational one.

Why It Exists

Most people with ADHD plan for the best-case version of themselves. They schedule hard tasks at times when they historically have no energy, then blame themselves for not executing. Tracking body battery for two weeks reveals the actual pattern — which is always more predictable than it feels in the moment.

Who It's For

  • People who crash at predictable times but can't see the pattern
  • Individuals with ADHD, burnout, or energy variability who over-commit consistently
  • Anyone who wants to plan their day around their real energy, not an idealised version of it

How It Works

Three times a day you log physical, mental, and emotional energy (0–10) with optional notes. The tracker identifies your consistent energy drains and boosts, and after 7–14 days, surfaces patterns that inform daily planning.

You get:

  • A daily three-point energy tracking template via WhatsApp
  • Pattern analysis after 7–14 days of data
  • Identified consistent energy drains and boosts
  • Scheduling recommendations based on your actual peak/trough times

What Makes It Different

This distinguishes three types of energy (physical, mental, emotional) because they're not the same — you can be physically tired but mentally sharp, or emotionally depleted despite sleeping well. That nuance matters for planning.
