What Is This?
The Decision Paralysis Solver analyses your decision-making context across six weighted variables and returns a Decision Confidence Score plus a prioritised 3–5 step action plan — so you can move from stuck to decided in under 2 minutes.
Why It Exists
Decision paralysis isn't a willpower failure — it's a cognitive load failure. When the stakes feel high, the options feel unclear, and the consequences feel irreversible, the ADHD brain often locks up entirely. This tool quantifies the decision landscape and removes the ambiguity that's causing the freeze.
Who It's For
- ▸People with ADHD who over-think decisions until the window of opportunity closes
- ▸Ambitious professionals who know what they need to decide but can't commit
- ▸Anyone whose decision-making process reliably produces anxiety rather than outcomes
How It Works
You rate six variables via WhatsApp: risk tolerance, potential impact, information sufficiency, whether the decision is reversible, number of viable alternatives, and urgency. The confidence score is computed and mapped to a personalised action plan.
You get:
- ▸A Decision Confidence Score
- ▸Your key areas of uncertainty, explicitly named
- ▸A 3–5 step prioritised action plan
- ▸Clarity on whether to decide now or gather more information first
What Makes It Different
This doesn't tell you what to decide — it tells you how ready you are to decide, and exactly what's blocking you. That distinction makes it useful for every type of decision, at every level of stakes.
